Burman Hospitality Private Limited (BHPL) is the exclusive Master Franchisee for Taco Bell chain of quick service restaurants in India. Currently, we operate more than 136 Taco Bell Restaurants in over 28 cities across India. In collaboration with Yum, we define and drive the Business strategy for Taco Bell’s expansion in growth in India.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with placing orders.
- Answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle money accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.
- Follow cash handling procedures to prevent errors and theft.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly.
- Keep the dining area and kitchen clean and tidy.
- Dispose of waste properly and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Follow Taco Bell’s operational policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on menu changes and promotions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: 10+2, Any Degree, Diploma or degree in Hotel management / catering is a plus management not mandatory both Male / Females are eligible.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Expected hours: 48 per week
