As a Crew Member at EASY Bites, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and efficient working environment. *Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Customer Service:*
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Take accurate orders and handle transactions efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

2. *Food Preparation:*
- Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.

3. *Operational Support:*
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

4. *Team Collaboration:*
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

*Qualifications:*
- *Education:* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- *Experience:* Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
