**Job Overview**: As a Team Member Diamond in central kitchen, you will produce V4V7 and BevD items, maintain food safety standards, and handle mise planning and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn central kitchen preparation methods and packaging
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Manage inventory using FIFO system and barcodes
- Perform sanitization tasks and mise-en techniques
- Follow recipe guidelines and planogram storage protocols
- Produce consistent quality items and manage bulk orders
- Check food quality and provide feedback

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
- 15+ months experience in kitchen environment
- Intermediate understanding of kitchen operations
- Inventory management proficiency
- Packaging and dispatching experience
