Role Description

As a Team Member at Chaayos, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming and assisting customers, preparing and serving personalized chai, handling orders, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, and collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, with opportunities for skill-building and career growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of food preparation, hygiene standards, and customer service principles.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's processes and values.
  • Prior experience in a food and beverage or retail setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for delivering quality customer experiences.
