We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused **Team Members** to join our fast-paced restaurant environment in **Bangalore**. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining store operations, and ensuring food quality and hygiene standards. ## **Key Responsibilities**:
### **Customer Service & Sales**:

- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Suggest menu items and provide recommendations to enhance customer experience.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

### **Restaurant Operations**:

- Ensure the store is fully prepared before opening, including food prep and setup.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Assist in managing takeaway and delivery operations efficiently.

### **Billing & Transactions**:

- Process customer bills correctly and handle payments efficiently.
- Ensure proper documentation of transactions for store records.

### **Hygiene & Cleanliness**:

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
- Follow company policies and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

### **Teamwork & Growth**:

- Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock requisitions.
- Strive for continuous learning and skill development in food service operations.
## **Required Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ **Educational Qualification**: Hotel Management/Diploma/Graduate

✔ **Experience**:

- Minimum **6 months experience in the food & beverage industry** (preferred)

✔ Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude

✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays

✔ Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills
