**Qualification**:B.E. /B.Tech (Civil) - for Engineer.

**Experience**:
10 years & above relevant in Segment erection

1. At least 2 Segmental bridge Erection in Marine /Sea with Long Span Launching Gantry more than 60 mtrs span.

2. Must have handled Long span, continuous bridge superstructure.

3. Should have knowledge of Geometry control and be able to identify critical activities related to Precast erection.

4. Should have Experience of handling different types of Launching gantries, their assembly and commissioning.

5. Hands on Experience in Pre Stressing

6. Experience in handling a Team Size minimum of 20 people

**Responsibilities
**Core Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of Segment Erection in each stage of its completion within the time, scope and cost as per the contract.
- Responsible for leading a team in the delivery of Span Erections in line with Project Milestones.
- Establish, update and communicate the master work plan schedule and manage its implementation.
- Co-coordinating between Design team and Execution team and resolve issues related to Erection methodologies
- Supervise the distribution of resources like materials, machinery or workforce.
- Engage with the Project Management time to time communicating project progress, estimated time of completion and other foreseeable risks.
- Maintain client relationship and support Section Head for client’s communication with the field activities of the project.
- Report to the management on physical progress along with technical inputs for improving the productivity
- Manage and assist all the subcontractors and verify their invoices as per the company policies.
- Interface with Section In charges, Survey In-Charge, Fabrication In-charge, Plant and machinery In-charge, Stores In-Charge, Planning head.
- Keep a track of reconciliations of materials being used against issued from stores leading to better traceability of assets within the site.
- Responsible for enforcing safety measures and also carrying out standard operating procedures as per company’s policy.
- Accountable for optimal Productivity of Assets utilization and Manpower
- Ensure to comply NCR if any and close before the deadline given by General consultants

- Promote and drive emerging technologies and innovations to support the company’s sustainable competitive advantage.
- Responsible for developing a high-performance team through supervision, training, coaching and mentoring
