**Job Description: Meta Ad Expert (Project Basis)**

**Position Overview**:We are looking for a skilled and creative Meta Ad Expert to join our team on a project basis. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our brand visibility, driving engagement, and achieving specific project-related goals.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing successful advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook Ads).
- Strong proficiency in Meta's ad manager and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad visuals and copy.
- Data-driven approach with a solid understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.).
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies for better results.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Meta advertising (such as Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
