The Store Officer is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage and documentation of materials, and maintaining efficient stock control. The role involves coordinating with procurement, production, and accounts departments to ensure smooth operations and prevent shortages or excess stock.

**Key Responsibilities:Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials as per company policies.
- Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock and report to management.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) methods where applicable.

**Procurement & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the procurement and accounts teams for material purchase requests.
- Verify and inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity before acceptance.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials to the concerned departments.
- Maintain supplier and vendor records for efficient procurement.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain proper documentation of stock registers, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue slips.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and storage procedures.
- Maintain records for audits and assist in internal/external inspections.

**Warehouse & Store Management**:

- Organize the store layout for easy accessibility and efficient space utilization.
- Ensure proper labeling and categorization of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of storekeeping best practices and stock management techniques.
- Experience with inventory management software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and record-keeping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
