Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in various systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Review data for errors, missing information, or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity at all times.
  • Organize and store files, documents, and records in a systematic manner.
  • Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested by authorized personnel.
  • Generate regular reports based on data input and provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data entry standards and company policies.
  • Support administrative tasks such as document scanning, photocopying, or file management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator, office clerk, or similar role preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer applications.
  • Typing speed of at least 30-40 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Certification in computer applications (e.g., MS-CIT, DCA).
  • Experience with ERP systems or data management tools.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month
