**Position - Store Officer**
**qualification - Any Graduation**
**Experience - 3 year**
**Location - Kothrud**

**Store Officer Responsibilities**:

- Minimum Experience 3-4 years
- MS Excel Knowledge
- Basic Level English Communication
- Basic knowledge of various courier services
- Communication & co-ordination for import shipment (DHL, UPS, TNT etc.)
- Domestic purchase order
- Monthly stock checking
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
