**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of mechanical equipment, spare parts, and other items necessary for operations.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to procure required materials, parts, and supplies in a timely manner.
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, and inspect for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and inventory transactions.
- Organize and optimize the layout of the store to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of items.
- Implement proper storage methods to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss of inventory.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory status, consumption trends, and stock movements.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill internal requisitions and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment within the store.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance on store procedures and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance store efficiency and productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in store management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment and parts, with the ability to identify and classify items accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
