**Key Responsibilities for this position**
Manage all Inward & outward transactions from warehouse & Stores seamlessly
Maintain record of all incoming & outgoing ,storages, RDC/NRDC, damage, underinsurance material of warehouse - Stores
Maintain proper record of inventory in JDE and in Physical format as applicable ,keep all registers updated with entries of incoming ,outgoing material
Quarterly Audit of all the inventory storage of direct material & improve inventory turns by reducing slow & non moving inventory
Interface with Projects Team and fabricators for Shipment documentation by creating LCR, Getting QA/QC done quality, creating Shipment docs, ewaybill to execution happens smoothly
maintain clear records of inventory storage ,operational stock transfer ,adjustments on RDC/NRDC by creating suitable IT/IJ/IA/Manual GST invoice
LCR of Inward material, quantity Verification, storage & issuing of material
Get the Shipment packaged for Local dispatches & exports as per packaging standards defined, take photographs of material dispatched for record keeping
Effective execution of company policies and procedures relating to Stores & Shipments (including but not limited to, safety and ethics).
Timeliness, accuracy and adequacy of stores activities and administration activities.
Training of stores employees, security for all HSE practices & warehouse processes to make safe & sustainable work environment
Effective supervision of change activity to assure adequate protection of the company against potential supplier claims.
Timeliness, accuracy and adequacy of problem identification, status reporting and corrective action.
Effectiveness of relationships with suppliers, management, customers, support organizations, and project team members.
Planning & Timebound Delivery is the essence of this profile.
Support to Procurement ,Project ,finance & logistics team in need for operational transactions

**Desired Educational Qualification**
Graduation /Diploma in mechanical / production engineering or related discipline with 7 to 10 years of experience

Technical Skills / Knowledge Required
Experience in Oil & Gas, chemical, petrochemical, valve industry, Project Based Companies will be preferred
Well conversant with finance ,Direct/Indirect Taxation, GST, Customs Duty & Freight Forwarding
Well versed with stores activities of inward, outward ,audit, inventory storage, record keeping ,etc
Well versed with Freight Forwarding, CHA Handling, EXIM Docs., Clearances & Local Transportations.
Well conversant with MS office, word ,PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
