Position - Stores Officer Experience - 2-3 Years Qualification - Graduation Any specific condition: Experience in Stores inventory management & SAP software. Job Responsibility and Duties: Task/Activity: - Pass entry of all inward material in SAP daily basis. - Giving materials to Assembly department as per their next day’s requirement, for guidance refer BOM, and mail to assembly to confirm the same. - Make inventory transfer entry in SAP from Stores warehouse to Assembly Warehouse. - Giving Material to mold shop and Pass the entry in sap through inventory transfer from store warehouse to mold shop warehouse. - Inward the material via GRPO as well as AP for bought out material. For Labor item received from vendor take inward via production order and sap pass the entry through goods receipt P.O. Copy from purchase order, and Prepare production order in sap and release component issue and report completion will be done by Q.C. Dept. - After the approval of quality inward the material in SAP and after approval of GRN by Q.C Dept. add GRN in SAP. - Giving RM to vendors as per the plan given by Purchase department. - Making grinding data generation in SAP and also checking physical grinding, keeping record of grinding generation. - Make consumable items entry 25 th of every month. - Raw material reconciliation & Stock reconciliation. (in house Store & Labor) - Making monthly raw material requirement against production planning and mail to purchase dept. - Making AP entries of transport bills and cash vouchers of transporters ( ACPL transport) - Making E-way bill through SAP system and manual. - Co-ordination with Account, Stores and purchase dept. - Proper daily 4 item/quarterly stock statement send to Head office. Monitoring: - Checking all inward material physical Qty. etc. - Material should be as per the norms of quality department. - Follow up with Vendor if required. - Keeping the records of Grinding, lumps and scrap for RM Reconciliation purpose. Proper Stamps should be checked on the bills and even signatures of concerned persons should - be checked, Proper Filing of Challans, etc. should be done so that it is accessible whenever required. - All materials in stores should be kept with proper packaging in crates, All materials in Stores - Should be Arranged Product wise with Proper labeling & it Assigned place. - Proper maintaining of materials in store with proper housekeeping. Regular cleaning of all crates & racks. - Checking shortages of RM, bought and packing material as per planning and mail to purchase dept. - Keeping records of E-Way bill & LR copy with invoice. - Checking all inward material physical Qty. etc. - Checking shortages of RM, bought and packing material as per planning and mail to purchase dept. - Maintaining all register reports in Dispatch.
