**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to build their careers in the real estate sector. The role involves managing online marketing campaigns, social media, SEO, and lead generation strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports with key insights.
- Engage with potential customers through online platforms and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
- Keep up with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with digital tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with digital marketing trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience with real estate marketing or internship experience in a related field is an advantage.
