Shift Supervisor

**Where you fit in**

Lubricants Supply Chain (LSC) is part of the Global Lubricants business within Downstream. Getting closer to our customers with locally empowered, globally enabled teams, leveraging scale and integration.

In this role, you will be responsible for E2E coordination among Planning, Blending, Filling, WH, and QA for flawless operations of all filling lines.

**What’s the role?**

As Shift Supervisor, you will provide a ready-made batch sequence for optimizing the Supply chain and delivering throughput with proper material management, batch compatibility, line loading, Stock management, flush loss, OEE, Manpower deployment, GSAP hygiene etc.

Key deliverables are:

- Operation management
- You will be responsible for on target Production volume delivery achieving target OEE, PSA, OTIF, Flush loss on all filling lines through assurance of WI and procedures in his respective shift.
- Project management
- You will be responsible for supporting development project (Project Himalaya) execution during project integration phase with mínimal shut down requirement and affecting production delivery, provide support in TPM implementation.
- Quality management
- You will be providing inputs for improving manufacturing processes, ensuring 100% RFT, Audit Documentation for IATF/ISO, PFMEA review, facing various Statuary and OEM audits, NC closure if any, RM storage as per compatibility and its header selection. RCA for Off spec batches. Moreover, you will be supporting business for product localization by feasibility study.
- HSSE- You will be accountable for Goal zero assurance through robust checks on e-PTW, SSWT, SOP, e
- MOC, NMPI and WI adherence. Active participation for pre-requisites on HEMP assessment, LOD audits and Mock drills.
- People management
- You are to lead, develop and mentor the operation team including front line operators. Furthermore, you will ensure safe working culture on shop floor and demonstrate visual leadership whilst handling approx. 30+ manpower in a shift for deriving output of filling lines.

**What we need from you?**
- Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) with 2-4 years extensive experience in manufacturing Plant, control room operations, Project integration and start-ups, manpower management, in-depth process understanding.
- Adoptability to digitalization, automation through innovative technology in the production process.
- Familiarity with RCA tools and techniques, DMAIC, Stock reconciliation, Inventory control, SAP, Front line developer
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with cross functional team.
