What We are Looking?

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our

Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developingleads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use yourcommunication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated andresults-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term businessgrowth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team in assisting the growthof the business by acquiring new business leads.
- Pitch and promote Stack’s services to prospective clients
- Career counselling of prospective students and understanding their learning objectives to offer relevant Stack products to them.
- Build sales leads through referrals and cold calling to generate sales(monthly target/revenue-oriented)
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and oversee newmarketing initiatives
- Set up meetings to prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients

Follow up with potential client & Work with team members to identifyand manage risks.

Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative,Sales Account

Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

Details:

- Location: Bengaluru
- Working Days: 6 Days work/ week
- Internship Tenure: 3-6 Months
- Monthly Stipend: 15-17K/month
- PPO Offered: Yes (Based on Performance)
- CTC (if selected for full-time): 3-6 LPA
