**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage inventory replenishment and optimize inventory turnover.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical counts with system records and address any discrepancies.
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in inventory management processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies, procedures, and best practices.

**Billing Operations**:

- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and promptly.
- Verify billing information, including pricing, quantities, and discounts, to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts and agreements.
- Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with customers, the sales team, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain billing records, documentation, and files by company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Financial Activities**:

- Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Assist in monitoring cash flow, budget utilization, and financial performance against targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between inventory management, billing operations, and financial goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inventory management, billing operations, and finance, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles, billing procedures, and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Tally systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and process improvement.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,083.23 per month
