Required **Inventory Executive (Female only)** for our manufacturing unit in **Undri** Location.

**Job Summary**:
The Inventory Executive is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, coordinating with procurement and production teams, and minimizing discrepancies. The role involves daily tracking, documentation, stock verification, and analysis to support smooth operations and avoid stockouts or overstocking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update inventory records in Tally prime.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when required to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, and production departments to align stock requirements.
- Manage inward and outward movement of goods, ensuring proper documentation (GRN, DC, invoices, etc.).
- Report inventory status, discrepancies, and damages to senior management.
- Organize and store materials properly to avoid damage and ensure easy retrieval.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly stocktaking exercises.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and suggest actions to manage it.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and inventory control standards.
- Ensure generate bill of material and maintain daily stock.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of inventory software Tally.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of GST and other inventory-related compliance

**Qualifications**:

- HSC or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce,
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse roles preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and data entry.

**Work Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- May involve working in warehouse or production environments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
