**Job Title**: Soft Skills Trainer

**Location**: Dadar, Mumbai
**Work Type**: Full-time, On-site
**Experience**: 2-5 years
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Education**: Associate Degree (minimum)
**Gender Preference**: Open to all (Male/Female)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver training sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
- Assess training needs and customize modules to suit the audience (students, entry-level professionals, or corporate teams).
- Facilitate both individual and group training in classroom and workshop formats.
- Use interactive techniques like role-plays, group discussions, simulations, and presentations to enhance learning.
- Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare training materials, handouts, and post-session assessments.
- Maintain attendance and session feedback records.
- Coordinate with academic/corporate partners to schedule and manage sessions.
- Continuously update training content to match industry standards and learner expectations.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Associate Degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in soft skills training, coaching, or personality development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi** (Marathi is a plus).
- Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to engage learners across different age groups and backgrounds.
- Certification in soft skills or behavioral training (preferred, not mandatory).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
