**Job Description: Soft Skills Trainer**
**Location**: Dadar, Mumbai
**Experience**: 2-5 years (preferably in CSR activities)
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 CTC

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate Soft Skills Trainer to lead training programs in Dadar as part of our CSR initiatives. The trainer will focus on enhancing communication, interpersonal, and professional skills of participants, empowering them for success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging sessions on communication, teamwork, time management, and etiquette. Tailor modules for diverse audiences.
- **Content Development**: Design training materials and update them regularly based on feedback and evolving needs.
- **Participant Engagement**: Inspire trainees, provide coaching, and address individual skill gaps.
- **Evaluation**: Assess training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics. Present reports to stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**: Work with CSR managers, trainers, and community partners for program success.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong command of English, Hindi, and local languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or HR preferred.
- 2-5 years of training experience, ideally in CSR or community programs.
