**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver training programs on **soft skills**, including communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, and customer service.
- Assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, role-plays, and real-life simulations.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions to improve workplace etiquette and professional behavior.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees or students as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in soft skills training.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure training aligns with company goals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree any field **or a related field**.
- Proven experience as a **Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Learning & Development Professional**.
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to design interactive and engaging training sessions.
- Experience with online and in-person training methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Certification in training & development (such as **Train-the-Trainer**) is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in corporate training, coaching, or mentoring.
- Ability to assess and measure training outcomes effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,863.68 per month
