**Job Title: Customer Sales Representative - Telecalling**

**Location**:HSR Layout, Bangalore

**Education**: Minimum 12th Grade

**Languages**: Proficiency in Tamil (Primary Language), Knowledge of English (Not Compulsory)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Tele Calling**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in a professional and engaging manner.
- Handle incoming calls, providing information and assistance to callers.

**2. **Tele Sales**:

- Actively promote and sell the company's products and services over the phone.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective tele-sales strategies.

**3. **Taking Appointments of Clients**:

- Schedule appointments for clients with the relevant team members.
- Ensure accurate recording and timely follow-up on appointment details.

**4. **Streamlining Potential Clients**:

- Identify and categorize potential clients based on specific criteria.
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline and prioritize potential client lists.

**5. **Pitching Our Products & Services**:

- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of AST's products and services to prospective clients.
- Tailor pitches to address the unique needs and interests of individual clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 12th grade education.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil, with a basic understanding of English.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

- Confidence in engaging with clients over the phone.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
