**About the Role**:
We’re looking for energetic, persuasive, and goal-driven **Sales Agents** to join our growing team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the product or event offerings, and closing deals.

This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on targets, and wants to grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact leads via phone, WhatsApp, or in person to pitch products/services/events
- Clearly explain offerings, features, and benefits to prospective customers
- Persuade interested individuals to register, buy, or take action
- Follow up with leads regularly to close sales and meet daily targets
- Maintain lead and sales records accurately using CRM or Excel
- Represent the brand professionally during any sales or promotional activities
- Attend daily briefings and update progress with the team lead

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of sales techniques (training provided)
- Positive attitude and willingness to meet and exceed targets
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
- Basic smartphone and app knowledge (WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.)

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**:

- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or field marketing
- Knowledge of the product/event (e.g., Beast Drive rally or services)
- Own smartphone and/or two-wheeler (for field roles)
