**Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for prospective buyers.
- Understand client needs, provide tailored property recommendations, and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns on social media and real estate portals.
- Negotiate deals, assist with documentation, and coordinate with legal teams for smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, market prices, and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and online real estate platforms.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
