Overview: We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative to support our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will assist the senior business team by coordinating with OEMs, vendors, distributors, clients, and internal departments (Sales Operations, Admin, Procurement, Finance) to ensure smooth sales processes.
Your responsibilities will include market research, maintaining customer relationships, quote preparation, renewals, and facilitating the flow of information to support the external sales team in achieving revenue goals. If you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, we’d love to hear from you.
Desired skills and requirements:
Must Have**:A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. ** 0-5 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a related role. Freshers are welcome to apply.
**Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and internal teams.**
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. **Strong attention to detail, especially in preparing quotes and managing renewals.\Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) for managing customer data and sales activities.**
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.**
A proactive approach to understanding client needs and ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with both external sales teams and internal departments (Sales Operations, Procurement, Finance).\Ability to quickly learn new products, services, and sales processes.**
Flexibility in adapting to the fast-paced nature of the sales environment.
**Strong problem-solving skills to resolve client issues, facilitate smooth sales processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.**
Motivated to achieve sales goals and contribute to team success.
**Willingness to take initiative in driving sales support tasks to completion. Team HR About the Role**:
**1. Market Research: o Conduct research to identify potential markets, industry trends, and competitor offerings.**
**o Gather insights on customer pain points, needs, and preferences to aid sales strategies.**
**2. Customer Relationship Management**:
**o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. o Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of issues.**
**3. Supporting the External Sales Team: o Assist the external sales team in achieving organizational revenue goals by providing support with sales materials, quotes, and client information. o Coordinate with the external sales team to ensure alignment on client requirements and timelines.**
**4. Quote Preparation: o Prepare and manage quotes for clients based on their requirements and product offerings. o Ensure timely and accurate delivery of quotes, working closely with procurement and finance teams for approval.**
**5. Renewals Management: o Support the renewals process by tracking contract timelines, ensuring clients are notified, and assisting with the preparation of renewal documentation.**
**6. Coordination with Internal Teams: o Liaise with internal teams (Sales Operations, Admin, Procurement, and Finance) to streamline the sales process and resolve issues. o Ensure the timely flow of information between departments to support sales activities.**
**7. Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities in the CRM system. o Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback for the senior business team.**
**8. Sales Support: o Provide administrative support to the external sales team by preparing sales presentations, demos, and materials. o Assist in managing and updating customer databases to ensure up-to-date contact information and sales status.**
