**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and packages.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.

**Operations**:

- **Itinerary Planning**: Design and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all bookings and arrangements meet the client's requirements and expectations.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other service providers to secure the best rates and availability for clients.
- **Booking Management**: Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, confirmations, and amendments.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all necessary travel documents (e.g., visas, tickets, vouchers) are accurately prepared and provided to clients in a timely manner.

**Customer Service**:

- **Client Support**: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries and ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and address any areas of concern.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years in travel sales and/or operations, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in travel booking, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
