**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively generate and qualify leads for group tour packages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, travel agents, and partners.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and securing bookings.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends and offerings to better assist clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales support, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless booking processes.
- Follow up on inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- should be able understand and speak Malayalam
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of international travel destinations and group tour offerings is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
