**Operation Executive.**

**Responsibilities**

**Process Optimization**:Identify and implement strategies to streamline operational processes.
Continuously evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements for increased efficiency.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their specific operational needs and challenges.

**Team Management**:Supervise and lead a team of operational staff.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they meet performance goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and address any issues or concerns within the team.

**Resource Planning**:Coordinate with various departments to assess resource requirements.
Develop and implement resource allocation plans to meet organizational goals.
Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed.

**Quality Assurance**:Establish and enforce quality control standards across operational processes.
Implement measures to ensure consistency and accuracy in operations.
Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any deviations from quality standards.

**Communication and Collaboration**:Foster effective communication and collaboration among different departments.
Act as a liaison between departments to resolve interdepartmental issues.
Collaborate with senior management to align operations with overall organizational objectives.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding process improvements.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
