Admin Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The
tasks, and assisting with banking and government coordination responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
2. Banking Responsibilities:
- Manage bank statements, payments, and other banking-related work.
- Ensure timely coordination with banks for project-related financial activities.
3. Customer post-sales Service:
- Prepare demand letters and handle customer queries related to payments.
- Follow up with customers for payments and ensure timely collections.
- Manage customer documentation and file organization.
- Coordinate with banks for home loan sanctioning and customer loan requirements.
- Visit the Sub-Registrar Office for the registration of customer documents.
4. Government Department Coordination/Liaisoning:
- Visit various departments such as PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, or Town Planning for project
sanctioning or completion work.
- Coordinate with government offices for obtaining NOCs, documentation, or any other project
- related approvals.
- Handle visits to Talathi, Mojni or any Revenue Department offices for obtaining necessary
documents.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with different government offices for project-related work.
5. Internal Coordination:
- Employee Attendance & Reports: Tracking employee attendance and ensuring timely collection
of daily reports.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinating with the Construction Site Team, Marketing Team, and other
internal departments for any operational or project requirements.
- Financial Coordination: Working with the Accountant for banking activities, vendor payments,
and managing site bills.
6. External Coordination:
- Consultants: Collaborating with Architects and Structural Designers for drawings,
documentation, and project-related approvals.
- Compliance Support: Assisting the Chartered Accountant (CA) and Accountant in ensuring
compliance with regulations and requirements.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaising with Vendors and Contractors for work execution,
approvals, or bill submissions.
7. Documentation & Records:
- Maintain proper records of all project-related documents and files.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and data management.
8. Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and company policies.
- Prepare and submit regular administrative reports to management.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and documentation processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate industry workflows and government department interactions will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per month
