**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant at the Founder’s Office to directly support the Founder & CEO. This role is designed for an individual with strong entrepreneurial instincts, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution of high-priority tasks and initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a trusted partner to the Founder’s Office, supporting business development, operations, and decision-making processes.
- Drive ownership of critical business priorities, ensuring timely follow-ups and outcomes.
- Manage confidential information and communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on company objectives and ensure accountability.
- Prepare and review business reports, dashboards, and presentations for strategic insights.
- Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency and impact.
- Contribute to organizational initiatives, culture building, and leadership communication.
