Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee the development and launch of Shopify apps or themes, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop, monitor, and update project timelines, schedules, and task lists to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the main communication bridge between internal teams and external clients or stakeholders.
- Assist in the identification and management of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, scope documents, and progress reports.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients.
- Review and ensure the quality of deliverables, ensuring they align with project requirements.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and manage the project budget effectively.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of any project-related challenges that arise during development.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for Shopify app/theme development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience working with **Shopify apps** or **Shopify themes**.
- Strong project management experience, with a background in coordinating development teams.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A technical understanding of Shopify’s architecture, Liquid (Shopify’s templating language), and relevant web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.

Desired Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar Project Coordinator or Project Management role.
- Knowledge of Shopify’s API and integration capabilities is a plus.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Basic understanding of version control systems such as Git.

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
