**Job Title: IT Project Coordinator**

**Location**: Indore

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **planning, organizing, and managing IT projects** from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with **developers, designers, and stakeholders** to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor **project timelines, budgets, and deliverables** to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Maintain and update **project documentation, reports, and tracking tools**.
- Facilitate **team meetings, stand-ups, and progress reviews**, ensuring smooth communication.
- Identify and mitigate potential **risks and roadblocks** in project execution.
- Work closely with **clients and internal teams** to understand requirements and expectations.
- Ensure projects adhere to **Agile/Scrum methodologies** and best practices.
- Support in **quality assurance (QA) testing and post-launch monitoring**.
- Stay updated on **Blockchain trends, tools, and technologies** to enhance project execution.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **2+ years** of experience in **IT Project Coordination / Project Management**.
- Strong understanding of **Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies**.
- Hands-on experience with **JIRA, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools**.
- Excellent **communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills**.
- Basic technical knowledge of **Blockchain, Web3, or Crypto projects** (preferred).
- Ability to **handle multiple projects simultaneously** and meet deadlines.
- Experience in **client coordination, stakeholder management, and requirement gathering**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the **Blockchain / Web3 / Crypto industry**.
- Certification in **Project Management (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or similar)**.
- Familiarity with **Smart Contracts, DApps, or DeFi ecosystems**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,652.51 - ₹36,027.57 per month
