**Role : Sales Manager**

Sales Manager is the one who is responsible for generating revenues for Homes Under Budget by following up with the prospects and converting them into sales

1. Tele-calling to generate showroom visits

2. Showroom visits & Meetings

3. sales Quotations

4. sales conversion

5. Develop leadership skills and business knowledge to grow into a sales manager position

**Tele-calling to generate meetings**
- calling up the decision makers of the target customers to get showroom visits
- Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the design team to ensure meeting details accuracy

**Showroom visits & Meetings**
- Preparing for meeting about target client
- Having effective sales meetings in order to
- Understand the pain-points and expectations of the client
- Position of Homes Under Budget as the best interior choice for the client
- Generate requirement inputs for the home interiors from the client

**Sales quotations**
- Co-ordinate with the design team to generate the quotation and VCs

**Sales conversion**
- Negotiate Win-Win deals
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines

**Client coordination**
- Be the interface between the client and the design team from lead to sign up of the project.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,684.28 - ₹41,347.81 per month
