Interim Sales Executive

- We are hiring Interim Sales Executives to strengthen our real estate sales team for premium projects in Bangalore.
- The role involves handling leads, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into confirmed bookings within a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound real estate leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers confidently to clients.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits with potential buyers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain updates in Zoho Bigin CRM.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets within the interim period.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate / field sales / direct sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and selling skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Must have two-wheeler and smartphone for field operations.
Should be target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
