Job Title: Bakery Chef de Partie (CDP) - 5 Star Restaurant

Location: Rajbagh, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Bakery Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team at our esteemed 5-star restaurant located in Rajbagh, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. As a Bakery CDP, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in creating and delivering high-quality baked goods and desserts that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to plan and execute the daily operations of the bakery section.
- Prepare a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts, ensuring adherence to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of bakery ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure consistency and quality in product preparation.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of food products.
- Assist in developing new bakery items and seasonal menus, staying current with industry trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations in the kitchen.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume, fine dining establishment, preferably within a 5-star hotel or restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment, with a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Formal culinary training or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
