Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust QA/QC protocols and SOPs across manufacturing operations
- Monitor and enforce compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, and other relevant quality and safety standards
- Lead internal audits and manage external regulatory audits or client inspections
- Oversee incoming raw material inspection, in-process checks, and finished product release
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, and Packaging teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the product lifecycle
- Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure batch documentation, COAs, stability data, and retention samples are accurately maintained
- Train and mentor QA/QC staff and production operators on quality standards and protocols
- Maintain records and reporting systems for traceability and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with clients and third-party labs for product testing and certifications

Pay: ₹9,838.38 - ₹41,495.61 per month
