Key Responsibilities:

- **Counseling**: Offer guidance to students about study destinations, course options, university selection, visa processes, and accommodation. Address any queries or concerns the students may have regarding studying abroad.
- **Follow-ups**: Regularly follow up with students who have shown interest in specific programs or universities. Track their progress and assist them in completing necessary steps.
- **Promotions & Updates**: Inform prospective students about upcoming deadlines, discounts, scholarships, and new programs offered by partner universities.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with the latest trends in the education sector, particularly regarding study abroad opportunities and requirements, to offer the best advice to students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently to students and answer queries effectively.
- **Persuasiveness**: Ability to sell study abroad programs and services through telephone and digital channels.
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and their families.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups, ensuring timely and efficient responses.
- **Multitasking**: Handle several tasks simultaneously, such as calling, updating CRM, and responding to inquiries.
- **Sales-oriented**: Ability to meet and exceed targets, with a focus on student conversions.
- **Knowledge of Study Abroad Processes**: Familiarity with various study abroad destinations, visa regulations, universities, and scholarships is preferred.

Educational Requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in education, business, or related areas.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
