Administration Assistant Telecaller

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administration Assistant cum Telecaller to provide administrative support and handle telecalling responsibilities. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administration:_
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
2. Scheduling: Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members.
- Telecalling:_
1. Telecalling: Make outbound calls to clients and prospects, promoting products or services.
2. Lead Generation: Generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns.
**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in administration and telecalling.
2. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Software: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries, such as sales, marketing, or customer service.
2. Telecalling Software: Familiarity with telecalling software and tools.
