**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide detailed information.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Keep updated on the latest products/services and company policies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and work with a team.
- Prior telecalling experience is a plus but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong persuasive skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

**Salary**: Starting ₹10,000 per month.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
