Colorcode is a design and web development studio specializing in branding, UI/UX, website development, and digital solutions for businesses across Kerala and the GCC. We help brands strengthen their digital presence through strategic, high-quality design and effective communication.

Role Overview

We are seeking a female Telecaller with strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence. The role involves introducing our services to potential clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the sales team with basic coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and effectively present Colorcode's services
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate call and communication records
  • Schedule meetings, share company information, and gather client requirements
  • Maintain a polite, professional tone in every interaction
  • Assist the sales team with coordination and communication support
  • Handle WhatsApp and email inquiries when required

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English and Malayalam (spoken language is mandatory)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident and clear phone presence
  • Basic understanding of design/website services (training will be provided)
  • Consistent and professional follow-up ability

Qualifications

  • Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred

Salary

10% profit share on every project you bring in.

This is a performance-based earning structure.
