We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team at Trydan Tech. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller/Telecalling Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Minimum qualification: High School/Diploma/Graduate.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in IT/Tech sales or customer support.
  • Knowledge of Trydan Tech's industry domain.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
