Telecaller Councillor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide detailed information about courses and admissions.
- Handle inbound inquiries and guide students on academic and career options.
- Follow up with leads to ensure successful enrollments.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and enrollments.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to optimize student outreach.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
- If applicable, lead and mentor a team of junior telecallers.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in telecalling, student counseling, or admissions (education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and provide convincing responses.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Prior experience in team leadership is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
