Opening for Admission Counsellor for a preschool.

The role will support in getting enquiries to the school & converting the prospective enquiries into admissions. The main objective is to assist the school with admission generation.

Ø To Meet prospective parents, handle all their queries related to the centre and convert them to admission for the centre.

Ø **Strategizing & Marketing**
- Generating new admissions by preparing marketing strategies & implementing them in coordination with the regional teams.
- Planning marketing strategies in terms of advertising plan, event planning & publicizing in coordination with Centre Head.

Ø **Achieving Targets**:Meet assigned admission targets and work to achieving the same on monthly basis.

Ø **Withdrawal follow up**: Follow up for all withdrawals & try to gain knowledge about the reason behind it.

Ø **Data Collection & Management**: Collecting data of all enquires, sorting it and aligning according to age group.

Ø **Reports**: Preparation of Daily, weekly & monthly reports.

**Qualification**:
Ø A Bachelor’s or Master degree - preferably in Commerce, Psychology, Arts or a related field will be considered.

Ø Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office, Excel etc.,

Ø 4 - 7 years’ experience involving a job related to admission counselling preferably in a pre-school / activity centre / school.
