**About the role and what you will do**

As Product Owner you are passionate to build the product right to meet customer and user needs, and business objectives. You will be a key member of the Product Team, responsible for transforming prioritized requirements into released features.

At Trustrace Product Owners playing a critical role and are working closely with a Scrum Team of developers, QA and UX, Scrum Master, and Product Manager. The Product Manager is responsible for strategy of Products, and responsibility of the Product Owner is to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solution and features.

You will have the ownership to
- Define and manage the backlog, ensuring alignment with Product Manager, Solution Architect and Tech leads to fulfil strategy, objectives, and priorities.
- Work with the Engineering team and Scrum Master to define and prioritize product features, user stories and tasks, both planned and on-demand.
- Ensure that the Product meets quality standards, and is delivered to customer satisfaction.
- Awareness of customers and users of the Product, and how they are using it (including objective metrics).
- Communicate the Product vision and release goals to the engineering team, and ensure that the engineering team has a clear understanding of the product needs and requirements, and priorities.
- Collaborate and coordinate with tech-leads and UX/UI designers to create user-friendly product design.
- Set acceptance criteria, review and sign off user stories and product features developed by the team.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to resolve any issues and ensure that the product is operational stable an development is delivered according to release process, on schedule.
- Continuously monitor and analyse the product's performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to provide updates on the product status and progress.
- Follow up on success of release (including objective metrics).

Product Owners will report to Product Manager.

- You are confident in moving between the bigger picture and transform to deliverables, and bridge between all involved stakeholders in the product development chain.
- You value to be one step ahead and ensuring preparations and clarities are in place, for the full team to operate efficiently.

Your background:

- You got 3+ years within a similar role within a Product SaaS company.
- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Product Development, or corresponding.
- Proven experience of scrum based, agile methodology, including hands on experience of the QA process.
- You are used to work in a global context with colleagues in Asia, Europe and US.
- Experience within Supply chain traceability and Fashion industry is a plus.

- You appreciate collaborations and teamwork, and at the same time you can work autonomously to ensure preparation and progress of tasks.
- You are good in balancing precision and speed, and feel confident in a fast pace influenced by an experimental mindset.
- You got excellent communication skills and of course fluent in English.
