Looking for product owner for professional services and production support, who has to own the product requirement backlog created by the Customer Support team and do the necessary planning, execution and releases with the SCRUM team to deliver the maximum value to the product users as per support SLA.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Based on the Customer Support Feedback, drive product features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including customer support team, product experts, analytics, user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
- Translate product features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology and develop detailed requirements, wireframes. Collaborate with UX to develop the UX assets.
- Work in an Agile environment and the SCRUM team and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the design, development and release process.
- Ensure features are delivered as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) of our Customer Support team.
- Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate customer adoption, requirement fulfillment and future needs.

**Experience**
- Overall 5+ years of industry experience with minimum 2 years experience as a product owner or Project Manager for L3 Support.
- 2 - 3 years of Business Analyst experience will be preferred
- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
- Experience in working with Technical and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Experience in delivering SaaS platform will be an added advantage

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
- Outstanding verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- In-depth understanding of industry, market conditions and trends
- Good product delivery Planning, Execution and Reporting skills
- Excellent Negotiation skills

**Ability**
- Successful teamwork experiences and demonstrated leadership abilities
- Must possess good logical & critical thinking skill
- Excellent multitasking skills and communication skills

**Salary**: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
