Job Opportunity: Process Asst Mgr / Deputy Manager - fastner company (Automobile Industry)

Location: Ludhiana

Salary 50 to 60 k per month

**Salary**: As per experience (Negotiable)

Industry: Auto Parts / fastner / Sheet Metal

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze process-related problems

such as nut not being properly prepared, resulting in faulty joints or rejection.

Study the root cause of issues like:
Improper seating of nut

Missing threads or burrs in nuts

Misalignment before welding

Excessive or insufficient welding voltage or current

Improve nut weld quality through process optimization, jig/fixture design improvement, and parameter control.

Handle process validation, Poka-Yoke, and rejection analysis.

Prepare and maintain documentation like PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions.

Work closely with quality and production teams to implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

**Requirements**:
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

5-7 years of experience in nut welding process / resistance welding

Experience in automotive sheet metal components or fastener industry preferred

Problem-solving skills using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Why-Why Analysis, or Fishbone Diagram
