Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee / Diploma Engineer Trainee - Quality

Location: Ludhiana

**Salary**: CTC ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) or Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) to join our Quality team at a fasteners company in Ludhiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh or recent graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience to grow their skills in a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished fasteners.

Use precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and specifications.

Document and report on quality control findings and non-conforming products.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems and procedures.

Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably within the fasteners industry.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of quality control standards and tools. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
