Role & responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the assigned region.
  • Identify key decision-makers and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Generate inquiries from both new and existing customers.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Identify market trends, new opportunities, and industry expansions for business penetration.
  • Monitor competitor activities, assess strengths & weaknesses, and track lost opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring after-sales support and timely payment recoveries.
  • Negotiate tenders, contract terms, and close deals by aligning with client requirements.
  • Administer client accounts and analyze costs vs. sales performance.
  • Achieve regular sales targets and prepare business development reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field
  • 4-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Fasteners / Industrial Products / Engineering sector
  • Strong understanding of B2B / Industrial sales process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain dealer / distributor / client relationships
  • Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach
  • Willing to travel as per business requirements
  • Candidates with experience in nuts, bolts, screws, washers, and related fasteners will be given preference
