**Job Overview**:
The AutoCAD Engineer in the Fastener Sector is responsible for creating precise 2D and 3D technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD software for the production of fasteners. This role will require the engineer to collaborate with the design and production teams to develop detailed drawings that meet customer specifications and manufacturing standards. The engineer will focus on fastener designs such as bolts, nuts, screws, washers, and other hardware components.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Design & Drafting**: Use AutoCAD (2D and 3D) to create accurate and detailed drawings for fastener components and assemblies. Ensure all designs meet required specifications, tolerances, and industry standards.
- **Collaboration with Design Team**: Work closely with design engineers, product managers, and production teams to translate conceptual designs into technical drawings that can be easily interpreted for manufacturing.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and suggest improvements in design processes or production methodologies to reduce cost, enhance performance, or simplify manufacturing processes.
- **Bill of Materials (BOM)**: Prepare and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) for new designs, ensuring that all components and materials required for production are clearly identified.
- **3D Modeling**: Create 3D models for fastener components to visualize how parts fit together and interact, ensuring compatibility with other products.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate design documentation, including design changes, drawing revisions, and part specifications. Ensure proper filing and version control of CAD files.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all designs adhere to quality standards and specifications required by customers and regulatory bodies. Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to address any potential design issues.
- **Cost Efficiency**: Optimize designs for manufacturability, minimizing material waste and reducing overall production costs while maintaining product quality.
- **Experience**: At least 5-7 years of experience as an AutoCAD Designer/Engineer, ideally within the fastener manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
