Cad Draftsman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software for the manufacturing of fasteners and related components.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure drawings meet specifications and industry standards.
- Review and interpret design specifications, sketches, and other data to develop detailed drawings.
- Update and revise existing drawings as needed, ensuring all modifications are accurately documented.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development of new product designs and improvements to existing products.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the production team during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documentation.
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Stay current with industry trends, advancements in CAD technology, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in CAD drafting within the fasteners industry, with significant exposure to OEM operations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Strong understanding of fastener design, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex design specifications and technical data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,430.30 per month
